    Cancellation Policy

    • To cancel your training and receive a full refund of your deposit, you must provide at least four (4) business days' notice before the course start date.
    • Cancellations made within four (4) business days of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
    • A $50 booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations or date changes.

    • Appropriate clothing and footwear (enclosed shoes – thongs are not permitted).

    • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to complete any required paperwork.
    Important Note: To undertake HR truck training, you must maintain a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of zero (0) and must not be under the influence of drugs.
